EndPop?

Well, one could say it means “End to all Pop”, which would be true if one were speaking of some of the music that is classified under Pop these days (think PopTarts), or the art world’s obsession with non-art. It could also mean “Pop Music about the End” which embraces the melancholy pop found in the genre of Future Pop, Pop Del Futuro or New Wave.

But no. It’s also the name of a label. Small, but proud. Fearless even. And just in time too. Aren’t we lucky?

This is the future of music, what we like to affectionately call Future Pop. It sounds much more avant guard in Spanish though: Pop Del Futuro. But if you asked us how to define it, well, that’s another story. Meet our Artists. Listen to their music. Get the CDs. And if that isn’t enough…

We are also here to find, review and push new music, even if it isn’t released by us. How 21st Century is that for a label? That’s hot! (Sorry Paris, you don’t own that and we don’t care what you say).

Welcome to the new.
